The OneCranston Health Equity Zone (HEZ), one of 15 HEZs in Rhode Island, is a resident-driven initiative funded by the Rhode Island Department of Health, with Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP) as our backbone agency. Our goal is to support and equip Cranston community members to collaborate and create projects, places, and programming where residents can healthily live, learn, work, and play.

The Huddle Center, a Family Support Center, is an initiative of the OneCranston Health Equity Zone of CCAP to provide services that help Cranston families navigate needs, access parenting tips and tricks, and connect with each other.
