It's Almost PromTime!

We hope that you will consider donating your tucked-away prom clothing to CCAP's newly established  program, PromTime, to help Cranston Youth dress for the prom!

We are asking for any prom dresses, tuxedos, jewelry and bags, or shoes you may have, which we will offer to Cranston teens who register for the program. The PromTime distribution will take place at our Cranston Youth Center on Saturday, April 26th and all clothing and accessories will be given free of charge.

We accept all sizes and colors and ask that the dresses are formal and appropriate for teenage girls. Additionally, we ask that both the tuxedos and dresses are free of excessive stains and damages. Of course, your donation is tax-deductible to the limits of IRS regulations.

Donations of prom clothing and accessories will be accepted through Monday, April 21st and may be dropped off at our Cranston Youth Center located at 656 Park Avenue between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  If you are unable to drop off your donations, please call us at 562-8325 and we can arrange a pick-up time.

If you have any questions, please contact Meghan Nhar at 562-8325 or by email at mnhar@comcap.org.  Thank you for your consideration, and help, so that many more Cranston youth may enjoy this special “rite of passage.”
